The close proximity of our hotel to our cooperation partner „Freizeit- und Sportzentrum Halberstadt“ – “Leisure and sports centre” (FSZ) offers ideal conditions for team training camps in a wide range of disciplines. The FSZ includes the “Friedensstadion” the local soccer stadium , Sea-Land and Sauna-Land. The adjacent recreation area Spiegelsberge also offers space for a wide range of running and outdoor activities.
The Sport Land with a total covered area of 7100 square metres belongs to the sports centre. It offers a three-court tennis hall, two badminton courts with granulated swing floors, two squash courts, a climbing court and a multi-sport hall.
Right next to the Sport Land is the Sea Land, a modern world of fun and adventure for all ages. The 25-metre swimming pool offers sports on six lanes. A 78-metre-long black hole slide and the diving facility with one-metre board and three-metre diving tower promise action. Fitness and health pools, a whirlpool and an all year heated outdoor pool are further elements of the water landscape.
The sauna area of the FSZ has already been awarded the “SaunaPremium” quality seal by the German Sauna Association for the second time. Enjoy the extravagant panoramic sauna with an event stove or the loft sauna made of precious kelo wood with a large natural stone stove. For those who prefer classic, there are salt sauna, log house sauna, Roman steam bath and warm air bath available.
After sweating, a separate shower house and experience showers, as well as a cold plunge pool and a crash ice fountain provide cooling. You can relax in generously designed relaxation areas, for example in the fireplace or in the sauna garden with pond and stream. There is also a relaxation room on several levels as well as a whirlpool, various solariums and massage loungers.
